Identified by a member who wishes to remain anonymous:“I don't know this with certainty, but the picture is probably from 1953.
Washington [Junior High School] won the state junior high basketball title that year.
The sign on the fire truck looks like it says “WJHS State Basketball Champs”.Washington didn't win the championship again until 1973,
The styles of hair and dress look much more like the 1950s than the '70s.”
