More Details
Second Reformed Church, founded by German immigrants, was organized in 1874.
Initially services were held in member’s homes; of course, the sessions were conducted in German. The first building was erected in 1876. The church went through many renovations over the next 145 years but always remained in the same location.
Sadly, the church closed in 2019 due to dwindling attendance and membership.
